This model has a lot of changes compared to its previous model. The interior as well as the exterior has been changed a lot. Chromium plated exhaust pipe which juts out from the bottom of car gives this model additional beauty.
This has electrically adjustable rear view mirrors. It has double Neon headlamps. It also has the provision to store in memory the three types of adjustment which is the seat adjustment, steering and mirror adjustments. Not only that, it has the feature of intelligent day time lighting provision also.
The interiors which are done completely in pure leather give its interiors beauty as well as space. The dashboard is similar to that of a cockpit which makes it look very interesting. The modern safety features available in cars nowadays are all incorporated in this model. 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, parking sensors, fog lamps etc are all present.
This model which is built according to the aerodynamic style is easily recognizable and distinguishable from the other models of Benz. The petrol version is also available in Kerala. The output of the 3.5 liter petrol engine is 272 BHP @ 6300 rpm. This model has 4868 mm length, 2071 mm width and 1471 mm height. The turning circle is 11.5 meter.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 89 liters. 520 liters luggage option is also possible. The diesel model in Cochin has a price of 48, 27,454 rupees –ex-showroom price. On road -51.94 lakh rupees. The ex-showroom price in Cochin will come up to 50, 08,000 rupees.
