1 . Running : Running is eccellent for reducucing fat on tummy.You can lose belly fat by running daily in morning.

2.  Walking : Walking is also an excellent ecercise to lose fat. If you dont have time for exercise then substitute your vehicle with walking for short distance journeys.

3. Cycling.This is the best option because you can see that you wont get bored when cycling for long time.But that's not the case with the above 2.
